This is an interesting sauce made with Guiness, honey, allspice, dried beer extract, and oleoresin capsaicin. Heat level is medium. I smothered a prime rib sandwich in it and couldn't have been more pleased. My friend, Adam, said it would upgrade some fish and chips. Google 'Foggy Dew' for the inspiration behind this sauce.
