Coconut Sweet Bread. Yum. It's straight up sweet with some crunchy nuts on top. That is all.
Next up- I made some wheat hamburger buns. The wheat created a nice, pronounced flavor and texture for the meat. I added a 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder and black pepper for a lovely kick. They are too grainy for everyday burger-eating (just my preference), but absolutely delicious, and they really held up well while consuming them, johnny-style (messy, fast, and violent). I had two of them, and a shitload of cottage cheese. Yeah.
