Tuesday ride. Pretty sweet. We met up with some cool cats and took a wonderfully scenic route. Roads I have never traveled on. We ate @ Barley's and then parted company and I took a cool, zippy ride home on empty streets with wooded air cooling me down and giving the scoot a performance increase.

The route is not exact.  In fact, it is much longer.  Half of it it was my solo daytime ride. Pretty much from 10 AM to 10 PM, with a few breaks and a couple of hours cool down time.

Past few rides:
This is a sweet station- my friend Gabe's.

I'll lease it!

Love that chinese gy6!

I keep coming back here to under 12th street. I guess because it's so cool and so close to home.

I am balancing!  Singing opera if I fall.

Crate carry is legal in MO.

I got 45 on that bridge.

The fourth level of 12th street inferno.

I bet this used to be some kind of tunnel.

Perfect for smoking crack? I hope not.

I'll buy my next car here.

Just some WB buildings.

That gate says, "KEEP OUT".  Of what, I have no idea.

It's easy to zip all around this area on 50cc.

Kick ass train bridge @ waterfront park!

I feel small.

Bad focus.  Two benches staring at an odd part of the river.

Can't seem to get a focus.  But I like the shot, regardless.
I haven't posted dinner in awhile so here ya go:
Ostrich sliders with Tabbouleh, or Tabouli if you're a yank.
One pound of ground ostrich.
Total of 1/2 cup of mixed spices.
                  - Shallots from Planter's Seed Co., pink sea salt, basil from my garden, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, just a dash of ground ancho peppers from my garden.
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs.
1 egg, whole.
I mixed that up and made 10-14 little balls, flattened and cooked in a non-stick pan until done.  That's it.
Buns are organic wheat rolls.
For the toppings:
Uncured, hormone free, dry rubbed and applewood smoked bacon.
Organic leaf lettuce.
Dill pickles.
Yogurt cheese spread:
Plain Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and garlic.

Tabbouleh is just out of a box but I added cucumber, tomatoes, and green onions. Rockin, baby!
