Mullet 2.0

Mullet 2.0, Jalapeno Mash, is the second batch I made last night.  It is a simple and classic sauce with a jalapenos and poblanos.  It has a distinct lime aroma and intense tangy tang.  Being a mild pepper, the jalapeno is well suited to enhance the refreshing citrus fruit tongue by adding a balancing spice kick.  Since it is a mash, and a sauce, it is a thick-and-thin suspension.  I added the choker (a limiter..that small cap that restricts flow found on most hot sauces) so one may enjoy the pure liquid form or if the choker is removed, the mash can occupy your food as well.  (MORE BELOW)

I always thought Emo kids were idiots, wearing their sisters' pants, making out with dudes and claiming that they're straight.  Reeeally.  The worst part about them is the hair.  I saw it somewhere while randomly browsing my favorite mullet sites- The Emo haircut is just the Mullet 2.0.  I named the sauce after the Emo haircut aka Mullet 2.0 because...well... it's just not that hot.

Between this batch and the last I have made 28 bottles in just under a week and have barely touched my pepper supply.  I imagine it could be a 300 bottle summer.  Woohoo!  Next month is Jerky Month... better get busy.
