I have decided on a solid TEN sauces to show at an upcoming event. Seven of the ten I have produced already, but will be modified slightly (a good thing, I hope). Three are new sauces in the R&D stage. I can tell you that one is a GARLIC-based hot sauce, one is a BEER-based sauce, and one is a BBQ style hot sauce. I am excited. For this spectacular good time, I can not use peppers from my garden. All ingredients must be from an approved source (licensed, regulated, etc.).. No worries, I am purchasing the best of the best. The list of ingredients is insane. I hope this investment pays off! Thanks to ****, I will be producing ten to twelve gallons in a commercial kitchen. Any sauce I do bottle will be for my private reserve and for display only. You may find a bootleg bottle here or there, if you're lucky ;) I'll let you know the whens and wheres whens and wheres I find out.
