Johnny, the man who brought you the lazy man's cookbook, Stove Top Stories, will be featuring his hot sauces at a major event in the next few weeks.  His sauce incarnations include the mysterious and insanely hot 'ghost pepper', and unusual ingredients like dried beer, Pinot Noir, and bacon.  

Persistence, dedication, and a love of food are three things that are propelling Johnny forward.  After working as a mortician, security guard, and  experiencing other odd professions, Johnny found his calling in the food and beverage industry.  After ten years in the business it was only natural that he extend his passion into a real career.  

From Johnny:  "I am not stopping when the hot sauce is in its final phase- that is only beginning. I don't drink anymore, and must relieve my boredom the only way I know how- make shit."

Johnny Baxley's force majeure approach to the highly regulated and difficult to penetrate food world is not the only project he is focused on.  He is currently working on a second book, about the service industry.  He says it's a "whistle-blower's  humorous insight"  into the industry we only see while sitting down at our tables, "inhaling" our "food of questionable content."
