Christmas Sauce!

The first new release since September!  We have created a wonderful holiday sauce called Santa's Secret.  This is a CHOCOLATE pepper SAUCE.  This is batch # 12, nearly perfected.  Batch  #'s 1 -11 were laborious failures and I am so very proud of batch 12.  Made with dark chocolate, corn syrup, and flavor extracted from the Bhut Jolokia pepper, it will delight your taste buds, as well a your tum tum.  This will go well with ice cream, tarts, any dessert which incorporates cream cheese, and mexican pastries.  It is not as spicy as most of our standard batches, but spicier than the rest of the 'spicy' claims people lay to their dessert hot sauces.  The chocolaty sweetness empowers your tongue to roll more of the mixture into every crevice available.  You will find that with lathering your mouth hole with chocolate sauce brings some intense heat and possible pain 20-60 seconds later. YES!  It's sooooooooooooo good.  This is extremely low acid, and, although I have included preservative, it is not officially pressure tested in an accelerated lab simulation.  Keep it refrigerated BEFORE and AFTER use.  Let warm to room temperature before using.  Clostridium Botulinum is out there waiting for your food handling mistakes.  Just keep it in the fridge and it will be fine for 2 weeks to a month depending on how cold your food box is.
