Don't try this at home.

I just bit into one of my Bhut Jolokia peppers.  About two square millimeters.. It has a wonderful smoky bouquet and a similar taste. It is still burning my tongue.  This pepper is FIRE.  I am going to get a gallon of milk today so I can eat a whole one.  On camera.  Yep.  I will have a limited supply of sauce by Friday; around six bottles of the jolokia sauce.  I will also have my Mullet 2.0, smooth blend,  instead of the mash, and possibly one or two bottles of a heterogeneous mixture of several varieties.  A supply shipment will arrive on Monday, and I will be producing another 30-60 bottles next week.
