The weakest sauce I made was the most popular (at least with the women and the sensitive-types). I made another version of Mullet 2.0 because...well....it's just not that hot. This is a smooth blend of the Jalapeno mash I produced a few weeks ago. This sauce remains the same as the mash save the addition of crushed red chilis, and a deseeding and evisceration of the jalapenos and Poblanos. It has even less spice kick than the mash did. A brutal assault of lime will come first, then a trace of unknown peppers. You may get small stabs of heat in your cheeks, but the lime will overpower that sensation faster than you can say, "Yahtzee!"
