Counter-Strike Source Sauce

Counter-Strike Source Sauce

I had a test run of a garlic hot sauce for an upcoming event.  I was extremely pleased with the color of the sauce; almost pure white, with very few specks of brown. Those impurities are from the garlic and only lend character to the finished product.  This batch came out a bit tangy- I added some natural cactus sweetener and balance was achieved.  The sauce is meant to slam garlic in your sinus and end with a tickling heat at the back of your throat.  That part is great.  I only made four bottles so I'll use them at home.  The sauces are perfect as they are now if used as a marinade.  Add a bit of sweetener and it transforms your pizza from church choir to death metal.  The next batch will be perfect, I suspect- and I'll reveal the ingredients then. These bottles needed identity in my cupboard, so I dedicated them to my favorite game. I quick printed the label below and did a q&d job, but the seal is strong- no fading ink in the fridge.

If you ever played this game, you'll notice the map in the background; de_dust.  I had to, it's a staple of Counter-Strike Source.

A little palette taunting is necessary:

Pizza and massive concentrations of garlic with a light kick on an already slightly spicy jalapeno pizza. O M G!  This should be illegal.
