Ghost Dust

My latest creation- made with: Course sea salt, ground Bhut Jolokia peppers, and the souls of newborn kittens.  Holy $%@!, this is HOT SALT.  A nice finishing salt for BBQ or other foods that usually have spice potential, but were made in a low-tolerance household. I'm keeping some of this with me at all times.  I made a lighter version simply called; Ghost Salt;  it's so everyone can have a taste...  I re-purposed some jars for this occasion until my mustard and spice jar shipment arrives.  MUSTARD!  MMM!  Jerky, I'm sorry, but you are on hold until fall.
