This is the first in a series of eight new sauces I have developed and will be sharing with you all throughout the day. The total so far:15 recipes- two of which have received acclamation from friends, family, and colleagues. The new eight have yet to be widely sampled. I have to decide on one single recipe to push into production. Of course, a new cookbook is in order if that happens... Working with Original Juan's of Kansas City is doable. Just need the MONEY! About three grand to get everything going for my first couple hundred gallons provided I have general liability insurance. That is 10k a year I can not part with. A new roof for the decrepit shake shack (my house) takes priority. Any suggestions on GL insurance are appreciated and straight up donations, or investments are encouraged! Send all checks to the website's P.O. Box and we'll sign some contracts together! I will also have some info on how to get your own bottle soon enough, as the personal reserve is getting full. On to the good stuff....................
Ignatius is a Cajun-style sauce... A confederacy of peppers, if you will. A little heavy on the salt, with basic ingredients makes this concoction a delightful and classic accompaniment to seafood, wings, or pizza.
