PIG IN A PEPPER

PIG IN A PEPPER

There is already a bacon hot sauce, this is my version.  An experiment of pork and spice.  I used the infamous Bhut Jolokia, bottle-safe bacon, turmeric, Hungarian paprika, and some other shit.  I'm no photographer, so the image below doesn't do any justice to the fine art wrapped around the glass. The label reads, "Pig in a Pepper".  It didn't come out as bacon'ey' as I expected but the end result proved to be unique enough to process and store.  The color is rich like raw flesh and the heat is intense and comes on as expected.  Each bottle contains the equivalent of eight ghost peppers, diluted slightly.  The taste may be a little to tangy for a swine-based sauce, but some peeps have already expressed great interest.  I eat it for breakfast (with my regular food).
