Gremerican Lunch

Yo.  It's simple, fast, and delicious.  Flank steak (cut uber thin from the butcher's counter), pan fried with herbs and water added during the last 5 minutes of cooking,  leeks- fully saturated with butter, and a simple tzatziki served over a bed of couscous seasoned only with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of butter.  Nom Nom, bitches.
