What's the best summer sweet treat you ask? Why, chocolate made with hot peppers, of course! Keeping them out of the heat is a chore, but well worth it. I whipped up some 95% dark chocolate with ancho chili peppers. I also made some Ancho/Bhut Jolokia chocolate, for an extra kick. It's yummy! I like. It's not the best looking chocolate, but I'm not big on making sweets, so my skill level is near the bottom. I do, however, get the job done. The taste, ultimately, is what matters- and it is delicious. My hot peppers are HOT. I love it.
