Holy shit. I almost cried when I plated this up. I fried two eggs in a perfect circle, topped with bacon, spicy pork sausage cooked in bacon grease, sauteed Vidalia onions and green peppers, and fried Yukon golds, and red potatoes. NOM NOM NOM. It was religious.
